Virtual Customer Services Support

Responsibilities

  • Handling customers’ enquiries on client website
  • Responsible on data entry, like customer contacts, enquiries, applications and complaints
  • Refers enquiries and complaints to specific sections and divisions to as appropriate for follow up actions and obtain
  • Prepare written operational and monitoring reports
  • Support management and recommend productivity/service improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks to achieve desired results of business needs.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent Customer Services manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Adherence to quality standards
  • Mature and pleasant personality
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
