HR Projects Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of a full range of human resources (HR) services effectively to designated business units including payroll processing and taxation returns, recruitment, performance management, etc.;
- Assist in staff engagement, welfare, and wellness activities;
- Handle all learning and development activity administration including enrolment, evaluation, logistic preparation, etc.;
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
- Take part in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
- At least three years of experience in human resources management
- Good communication skills, including good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and willing to speak up;
- An agile, positive, and proactive team player;
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and PC skills
